These muffins are great for toddlers above the age of 1. Makes about 10 large muffins for 30 mini muffins.

Ingredients

  • 190g bananas
  • 1 punnet of blueberries 
  • 30ml Kendamil Formula Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g oil (Canola/sunflower/coconut oil)
  • 50g Kendamil Gluten Free Fruit Breakfast Cereal
  • 100g oat flour/plain flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas till smooth
  2. Add Kendamil Formula Milk, oil and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and whisk till well-mixed
  3. Add Kendamil Gluten Free Fruit Breakfast Cereal, oat flour/plain flour and baking powder and whisk till well-mixed
  4. Scoop batter into lined muffin tins
  5. Press the batter down lightly with a spoon to level the batter out
  6. Lightly press 2 blueberries into each mini muffin / 5 blueberries into each large muffin
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes (10 large muffins) or 15 minutes (30 mini muffins) in a 180°C preheated oven
